General Terms and Conditions

  1. Prices
    1. Standard Support
      Standard Support is charged with CHF 130 per hour.
    2. Express Support
      1. Definition
        Express Support is every order with a deadline of 24 hours.
      2. Price
        Express Support is charged with 150% of the standard support.
    3. Out of Office Hours
      Orders with a deadline out of office hours are charged with 150% of the standard support. Weekends apply here too.
  2. Payment
    1. Due
      1. Hosting
        Hosting services are due at the beginning of a payment period. They are due even when you do not receive a printed invoice.
      2. Support
        Payment of our service, support and deliverances are due after 10 or 30 days (depends on the project) if no other deadline is arranged. Payment deadline is noted on our invoices.
    2. Payment Periods
      1. The payment periods for hosting services consist of 3-month blocks:
        January - March
        April - June
        July - September
        October - December
      2. If needed, special periods may be defined.
  3. Dismissal
    1. Form
      Dismissal must be done in written form per E-Mail or per letter. It has to be confirmed by Goeldi.com.
    2. Term
      1. A dismissal must be done at least 1 month in advance to the end of a month.
      2. Special Agreements
        Special Agreements for dismissal terms are possible.
  4. Confidentiality
    1. Goeldi.com handles all customer data confidential
    2. In case of illegality or misuse of our infrastructure Goeldi.com is allowed and obligated to inform the authorities.
    3. To optimize our service, contact information can be handed to one of our partners. This is not done if the customer explicit disallows disclosure of those information.
  5. Changes
    1. These General Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
